These terms apply when you use Knowdown, operated by RIMA Technologies. By using the app you agree to them.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your account to yourself.
Fair play and behavior
- Don't cheat: no bots, scripts, or looking up answers during your turn.
- Don't use names or avatars that are offensive, hateful, sexual, or that pretend to be someone else.
- Don't harass, threaten or abuse other players, or try to find out their private information.
- Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We may warn, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we may remove names or content. Players can report and block each other.
Games and turns
Each turn has a time limit. A turn not played within 24 hours counts as missed, and two missed turns in a row end the game as a forfeit. Questions are for entertainment and may contain mistakes. Results are final once a game ends.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Our content
The app, its design, questions and artwork belong to RIMA Technologies or its licensors. You may use them only to play the game. Trademarks and logos shown in questions belong to their owners.
Availability and liability
Knowdown is provided "as is". We try to keep it running, but we don't promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if any. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it. We will tell you about important changes in the app.
